In addition to what you see here, there are also interactions and quizzes at the end of each lesson. If a question is answered incorrectly, the learner is sent back to the particular part of the lesson that the question relates to and they are again taught the information. This type of remediation is essential for employees to actually learn and retain the information presented in a training program.
Videotape Conversions
Your company most likely has a big investment in videotape training programs. In addition to converting PowerPoint presentations to web based training, we can also convert your company's videos. One client has said " It is a hassle for our employees to have to go to the department that has the video, check out the video and find a VCR. Then after all that, we don't have a record that the employee took the training or actually watched the video, or understood it.
